My Custom IndiDenim Jeans

March 3rd I wrote about purchasing a custom pair of jeans by Indidenim and I promised to let you know how everything turned out. Well, I’m impressed. The jeans of course took a couple of weeks to come in since they were custom made. I received the first pair on April 13. They fit pretty good accept the pants were too baggy in the outer thigh area. I sent in a feedback form explaining the problem and they responded immediately with measurement suggestions. Turns out I need to adjust my “seat measurement.” I filled out the form on May 4 (I know, procrastinator) with the new measurements. They confirmed the new order and asked me to donate the old pair.

At the end of June, I received my new pair and they fit perfect. I like the quality of the jeans and of course they are the perfect length. I’ve washed them and worn them several times so they pass my wear test. I appreciated the quick response from the company and that they kept me informed via email through every step. Yes, in the end it took a while to get the perfect pair, but now they have my exact measurements in their system I am confident the next pair I order will be right on the first try.
