Review of Inov-8 F-Lite 230 {Video}

I needed some new gym shoes (sneakers) that were light enough to run on the treadmill with and to use while on the elliptical machine. I don’t like sweaty feet so it was important that they were breathable, but still sturdy. Though these are unisex shoes, they aren’t bulky and are very sleek.

So…I’ve had them for a month and I haven’t exercised as much as I intended to, but I’m going to do better in November (promise). I have some really cute pants I need to get back into.
